Frederick Lawrence, Director, works in the energy, commodities and geopolitical practices at Capital Alpha. Lawrence provides economic and industry analysis of trends in global energy, commodities and industrial policy. His fields of expertise are domestic U.S. and global energy production, supply and demand, energy trade, commodities, and energy security as they are impacted by U.S policy and international geopolitics. Before joining Capital Alpha Partners, Lawrence was Vice President - Economics and International Affairs for the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Previously he was an Assistant Program Officer at the International Republican Institute and worked in Asia. Lawrence holds a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree from Middlebury College.
